6. Important Limitations

StreetSaint is a technology platform and:

• Does not provide legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services.
• Does not replace professional services. You should always engage qualified professionals (solicitors, surveyors, etc.) for property transactions.
• Is not a party to transactions. We facilitate communication but are not a party to any property sale or purchase agreement.
• Does not guarantee transaction completion. Property transactions may fail for various reasons beyond our control.

7. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content
